Direct Services
Roadmap
When you're feeling overwhelmed and just need someone to help you sort through the chaos, the Roadmap Call is a focused way to get clarity.
What to expect:
After your free initial consultation, this 40-minute session dives deeper into your specific situation. We'll talk through where things stand and outline key next steps that make sense for you and your family. After the call, we’ll follow up with a personalized summary—including any helpful contacts, guidance, and resources—delivered within 3 business days.
This service is best for families who already have a general sense of their case but need clear, immediate direction and reassurance. Think of it as a starting guide—something to help you feel less lost and more equipped to take the next step.
Supporter Session
For those walking alongside a loved one through the court or recovery process, it can be hard to know how to help—or even where to begin. This session is designed just for you, the supporter.
What to expect: After your free initial consultation, we’ll schedule a 60-minute meeting (virtual or in-person) focused on helping you better understand what your loved one is facing and how you can show up for them with confidence. We’ll walk through the court or recovery process, talk about possible next steps, and explore available community-based resources.
Every journey is different, and this session is meant to help you feel more grounded and prepared—whether you’re ready to take action now or just trying to make sense of it all.
Following the session, we’ll share a recap with resources and remain available for follow-up questions or guidance as things unfold.
Family/Group Consultation
When your family needs face-to-face support and space to ask questions together, the Group Consultation offers a more personal, hands-on approach.
What to expect: After a brief initial phone call, we’ll set up a time to meet in person (or virtually if you're outside the DFW area). This allows time for thoughtful preparation and research ahead of your consultation. During our meeting, we’ll walk through your current situation, explore options, and offer insight tailored to your family’s needs—understanding that the court process can be long, confusing, and emotionally draining.
You’re welcome to invite up to four additional family members or key supporters to join you.
We’ll find a central, comfortable location that works for your group, with flexibility to adjust as your situation evolves.
This service is ideal for families who want steady, ongoing guidance over time. Whether you’re looking for one-time clarity or continuing support, we’ll work together to find what makes the most sense for your journey.
We understand that these three options might not cover every situation.
